Poster Progress - Draft

We have been looking at overlaying images for our poster and are experimenting with how it looks and the mood it creates. We find this one too busy and are considering sticking to one still image as through research, the majority of social realism posters are one simple image. Even so it has been good to experiment to ensure we create an industry standard poster.

Iconic sounds and Foley sound experiments

We also experimented with foley sounds when we were recording making sure to get the real life sounds, for example traffic and birds. We have now decided to use no diegetic sound and are only having a soundtrack behind the shots as we feel it makes a trailer more emotive, gives less away for the main film and are all in agreement that voice overs or dialogue with in our trailer would be at risk of becoming 'cheesy'.
